My 5 Minutes of Meditation... Day 3

Well...
I have learned how to turn off my external hearing and turn on my internal hearing!
I flipped the switch!!! YAY ME!!!
I won't extend my five minutes as of yet, but I will continue to turn off my external switch as often as possible.
Peace sounds better than chaos.
